French & Spanish language courses

Enjoyment matters. What you learn matters more.

Start speaking from your very first lesson. Learn language you can remember, put together and reuse.

The method

See it, type it, recall it, rebuild it, then say it from memory!

There’s a better way to learn a language!

My Language Brain’s methodology is the first of its kind, putting a complete text at the centre of your learning from your very first lesson. You learn the words individually, recall them, then rebuild them into coherent sentences through fun activities that challenge you to remember and use what you’ve learnt.

Then comes the ‘wow’ moment: you record yourself saying the text out loud from memory.

Finally, and importantly, the course has been designed so later texts bring the same words back in new combinations. Every stage builds towards the same goal: helping you remember the language and use it again.

Created by a language teacher with 20 years’ experience and enhanced by the cutting-edge skills of an AI expert.

My Practice Lists

Turn your mistakes into strengths.

My Practice Lists collect the words and verb forms you get wrong along the way. Spaced retrieval brings these items back at increasing intervals, helping you target your practice where you need it most.

  1. TodayA mistake is savednous sommes allés = we wentWrong twice, so the answer is shown and the verb form joins your practice list.
  2. Any timePractise itnous sommes allés = we wentPractise your list whenever you like. Practice never moves your recall checks.
  3. 48 hours laterFirst recall checkCorrect answernous sommes allés ✓ = we wentRight without help: the next check is set for a week later.
  4. One week after the first successful checkSecond recall checkCorrect answernous sommes allés ✓ = we wentTwo successful checks: it moves into Practice History. A wrong answer starts the 48 hours again.

Four levels. One clear learning journey.

Each course centres on carefully structured texts that grow in length and difficulty. As you progress, you’ll work with a wider range of vocabulary and more complex language, using the connected activities to build towards saying each text from memory.
